Understanding Binaural Fusion
When hearing-aid manufacturer ReSound introduced ReSound Verso with a unique new kind of audio signal processing called Binaural Fusion, they faced a challenge. Binaural Fusion is a truly unique technology that provides significant benefits to people with hearing aids. But getting audiologists to understand why, how and what – and equipping them to explain it to their clients – wasn’t easy.
As part of an entire series of e-learning modules supporting the launch of ReSound Verso, we created a module that included a clear, highly visual explanation of the new technology and its benefits. The new visuals were subsequently also used by ReSound in all kinds of sales situations.
