Jabra designs and manufacturers excellent headsets for businesses and consumers. One of their challenges is to get salespeople at their retail partners to recommend Jabra products over all the different brands on store shelves.
A way to do that was to make it easy to sell Jabra products. So we developed a series of e-learning modules aimed at retail sales staff and covering all of Jabra’s consumer products. With their uncluttered design and clear messages, the modules provided the knowledge and the words salespeople need to make selling Jabra products the easy – and obvious – choice.
